Fantasy Netball is run by Louis Parkes-Talbot in the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

We store:

• your name, email, and password hash or Google ID, and your teams and leagues, to run your account (contract)
• your favourite club, region and the days you visit, to understand who plays (legitimate interest; visit days are kept 25 months)
• IP addresses in server logs, to keep the site secure (legitimate interest; logs are capped in size and overwritten as new ones arrive)
• your launch email choice, if you tick the box (consent, which you can withdraw on your profile)

The only cookie keeps you signed in. Data is stored in the EU and processed for us by Hetzner, Cloudflare, Resend, Sentry and, if you use it, Google. US transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Deleting your account on your profile erases your data; backups roll off within five weeks. You can also ask us for a copy, a correction, or to stop or restrict processing. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
